I'm on S.I.Y! (Day 1)

It's my day 1 on S.I.Y today. I just drank the 1st vial 8am this morning.  My sister tried this before and she dropped like 10kg and she looks nice with thin body.  I'm not trying to be skinny, but with my height (5'1") i weigh 50kg.. My BMI almost borderline of being overweight! And my back pain because of bearing to much weight! And i am sad because  i cannot fit into my old clothes. I look like jackfruit in tight dress. And i look way SHORTER coz my legs are FAT!!!! So, i really want this thing to work the magic on me. and Ah by to.

Why S.I.Y? Not only my sister proved the effectiveness, i also read many good testimonials on forums in lowyat.net! So why not i try it??? I want to lose weight so bad!  I tried Atkin's diet, controlling my calories, aerobic dancing, and hardcore exercise. I didn't lose much and i always gain it back! And the sad part is, i still look so chubby!!!

This is my goals:

My current weight is 50kg.
My Aim is 40kg. It's appropriate weight for my height okay!
I want to lose 10kg! ASAP! hee..
I wanna be thinner and look healthier!
I want to fit my old clothes!
I want to have flat stomach, thin legs and arms!

I will EXERCISE at least 30 minutes per day!
  • Sit ups
  • Dance
  • Leg workouts
  • or Swim
I will say YES to:
  • Green tea
  • High fibres food
  •  Fruit and vege
  •  Exercise
I would say NO to:
  • FAST FOODS
  • SODAS
  • WHITE RICE!
  • PROCESSED FOOD
I CAN DO IT!

I MUST HAVE BIKINI BODY BEFORE JULY!!!!
